Ecocentro, Puerto Madryn

(4/5 based on 750+ reviews on the web)
Gain a greater understanding of the sea and the creatures that live within it when you visit Ecocentro. Walk into the cool building and begin the tour by entering a whale's mouth (or a simulation of one, anyway). The center engages both adults and children with its interactive exhibits, such as whale songs where you actually feel the vibrations. Many displays include signage with informative facts translated into English. The center also has educational games for children and videos of marine life. • Arrived with rain... so it was an excellent choice. Is can go in transport public (you let to a 4 blocks). We returned by taxi (they go to the door or just ask for it employees) because it rained a lot. Very well armed. Input face... is there a discount for senior citizens. But it is worth!

  • Very nice place, linda sample, but it has more pictures than anything else, the entrance is very expensive for a photo exhibition. Only is a place to make money.

  • It is the building, the entrance face, cute but turns can be taken on the outside, then... has some nice things, like the pond inside, but not much more... at least when we were...

  • The sea Vatican... excellent cultural place that reflects through art and education all over the sea, spacious, much to read, a good coffee with an extraordinary view of the Gulf! If you didn't understand stay with the heat in the rambla eating churros.

  • Interpretation center of the sea. It is like a Museum, but more interactive. The samples are changing seasonally, so it is good to always return to the ecocenter.-coffee with better view and attention of the world (large coca!).

  • I find it a scam. The entrance is expensive and does not warn that it is primarily a photographic exhibition. Everything boils down to an "experience", an Aquarium of molluscs and crustaceans and a sample picture. That Yes, all in a very nice building with spectacular views... but in a place that has thousands of kilometres of spectacular views. You enter and get you a girl who you guidance on how to start the circuit. We are entering one room all dark, about 20 meters long with screens distanced from each other where you can see a whale swimming slowly. Cute, it's like a vision from a submarine without disturbing the animal... clear that the image is not filmed at it height it and today I have more resolution on the screen of my phone than in what he saw there... pa whale passes and returns in a few minute cycles (3.4...?) Then you go through a corridor where to hang a few soguitas to make you feel that you atravezas the beards of the whale. Interesting. Raisins to a black and empty room where you can hear the song of whales. OK. Become a Hall of soguitas-out and you're out. And now... you can see a little aquarium or the sample photo. Or sit to see shorts in a CRT tele to show kids are kids were like the TVs before... Below there is a space for kids... desolate, old books... not invited. top a lookout very hemroso with good view and some comfortable chairs. Resumo: you agrarro a day of storm in puerto Madryn and not know what to do? Load the fear and grab a good book (you can go through the boutique of the book which is fine) and you're going to take a few mates to the viewpoint. If not there is no reason to go here. That if get you a cute skeleton of whale on a red beam... nice photo.
