  • and you ask for that title... as Luis presents "I'm a native who guide"... imagine everything that gives a person, who without a doubt being 3rd generation, has throughout its history in the place we visit?... is that it takes care of make you throb every trip, since I go out until you arrive, telling you everything about flora fauna, geology, paleontology enriching each one of the excursions up to their experiences and particular opinions. Luis undoubtedly guide from the heart, likes what makes and shows it in all the tours. Carriers is an agency run by its owners, a plus that is difficult to find, luckily I contact Miriam, a very warm woman, that answers all the questions you have and informs you that it is better for your stay. In our case Miriam we organize 4 trips: Peninsula + watching Punta Tombo + Gaiman Bahía Amakaik (only they do it!) Ameghino dam + forest petrified all the recommended super excursions, each one has its magic. and apart from these, Miriam was kind enough to manage the half day excursion of the 4 x 4 truck which carried out another agency, that shows his professionalism and his commitment with the people who hired them. Depending on the day and the number of people who come together, we moved in a combi or your own 4 x 4 doing more custom trip. I recommend that if want to do dock + forest alert you with time that the minimum is 4 people, but Miriam puts all claw and insurance get them. with my wife we are cared for by friends! LUIS and MIRIAM a large greeting, our CONGRATULATIONS and SUCCESS IN ALL THE NEW TO TAKE! Thank you very much for making us feel and want that bit of our Argentina, in which you are protagonists.

  • We did two tours with the Arrieros containing Patagonian: "watching de las ballenas" and "punta tombo. On the first day we arrived at the Agency and they told us that due to wind could only be done the ride to punta tombo in the next day, and that passearíamos in the buffer of the penguins. Reserve and although the ride itself out to be cool, the "package" was not so much. The guide spoke Spanish super hard to understand, and didn't speak English, so just understand half the things he talked about. The journey lasted almost a full day, but we were only 2 hours in reserve of punta tombo. The rest of the day we made a couple of stops, we get more 1 hour in Gaiman, which is a tiny little town, kinda cool to know if you want to take the Welsh tea. At the end of the day we went to the Agency again to try to close the ride of avistage de las ballenas for two days after, because we had programmed to dive with the sea lions the following day. Getting there the Agency staff said it would not be possible to do on that date due to time, and that if we wanted to do would have to be the next day. We decided to change the day of the rides then and closed with them watching de las ballenas for the next day. It was the same tab, and again we can't understand half of what he said. We got there and we did the walk, which again was pretty cool. Then we traveled for almost 1 hour to another side of the island, and then we get about 15 minutes of seeing some penguins, and elsewhere a few more 15 see sea lions, and then we left. After the second day, we found that the story that wouldn't be possible to ride two days later was a lie, because they actually have a schedule and do the same tours every day, so they don't offer the ride of the ballenas in the day we wanted and gave the time to deceive us. In addition I found the time wrong, and the value is distributed very expensive whereas the service that they offer is basically the transport and the guide just the explanations during the trip, but not during the tours. In my opinion, I would advise you to rent a car, because if it is two people it's cheaper and you can do the walk in their time and in their own way.

  • I contacted them because I read on various blogs of tourism that many people travel to Madryn for a few days and once there starts to organize your excursions and in many cases leave the whale watching to the end and if that day Windy Harbour does not open and there are no tours, conclusion return if you see them. To contact them, informás it the days when travelling, according to the weather forecast you assembled the program of excursions and YOU WARRANT SEE EVERYTHING. That is from the formal, now when I spent time with Miriam via mail, not only made me suggestions about excursions and the climate but it also managed me reservations for your transfer from the airport to the hotel, showing consistently excellent human quality to my repeated inquiries. After the first trip we met Luis, the GUIDE (with capital letters) of the Agency, third generation living in Puerto Madryn, who knows not only the history of their city, but all its iconic places, the historical processes of transformations of the fauna, flora and landscape, as well as biological information that helps you understand what you are seeing and to properly interact with the environment. In addition they ARE THE only ONES that make the excursion to the Bay of Amakaik, where there is a huge colony of elephant marine WITH WHOM RAISINS ALMOST ALL THE DAY a UNIQUE EXPERIENCE. You go to the place walking 2 km along a beach and when you arrive in the colony, at the beginning, look at you, you study and when they realize that you do not represent a threat to them, YOU ACCEPT and STARTS THE SHOW that lasts all afternoon. An UNFORGETTABLE excursion! We also made the sighting of whales and as icing on the cake, the last day had the tour of Punta Tombo and Gaiman and as we were only with my wife, rather than transfer to the combi of another agency as anyone would and to which I would not have any objection, Luis WE STEP A SEARCH IN YOUR 4 x 4 TRUCK and WE TOOK to MAKE THE TRIP to US TWO ALONE which shows HIS COMMITMENT WITH THE TOURIST and THE TREATMENT FRIENDLY ALWAYS PRESENT IN THE STORY OF THEIR STORIES. It is impressive what Luis knows and makes the trip that lasts all day look you short and super fun because there is no chance of boredom. SUPER ARE RECOMMENDED! NOT TE VAS A ARREPENTIR (besides us were commenting on new excursions which are projecting that it will make us repeat the journey in the short term)
