  • Good wine cooler in the center of Puerto Iguazu, with good service (when employees are available) and has a good amount of Argentine wines from various regions. Not the best and variety, however, was presented the best prices when you pay cash (pesos, real or dollars-15% discount on the price of label). Just to illustrate, I've been there on holiday of all souls ' day and bought d. V Catena Cabernet-Malbec by 381 pesos, which converted to the exchange rate of the day for real and applying the discount for cash payment came out around R$62,00. Just be careful with one thing: after effected payment, they don't exchange the wines for the world! As I was pretty full and the attendants were busy, I ended up getting the wines you want (already had been there some other 3 times in the same day and the day before and I was in a hurry to leave), I ended up getting a D V of a grape that didn't like and even before out of the wine cooler, that is, after receiving the change and start to pack the wine, I realized the confusion. When requesting the Exchange by the correct wine all the attendants were very a liver complaint and no exchange of goods sold online as it was written in several billboards for the store. This in my opinion is absurd, since in addition to not have had help, the place is small and there was a small confusion, in other words, it was a mistake to Commission by anyone, including for them. After much talk and argue, because I realized the confusion even before packaging the wines, even while he was in the boxes, and considering that the store was full of Brazilians who have supported me, have enabled in maximum character exception, I ditch the wine acquired by the correct wine, without the return of any money, which is why I ended up having to get two wines instead of one and still pay the difference. I thought lack of consideration for the customer, even more with me who had bought more than 38 bottles just there in that establishment. The hint.

  • Every time we go to Puerto iguassu spent to buy wines and have a beer at the bar there is in there, on last visit our establishment, my friend was disregarded by the clerk who demanded him to wait outside the tank where the toilets, a total lack of education tipico of Argentinians, if it wasn't for us Brazilians go shopping in this country were starving , attention Mr owner, profissionalize employees, because we will spend our money elsewhere!
