We were adults in family on Sunday 03/09/2017, somewhat expensive input, $350 and $ 250 children, for a family of 4 my 12 year old son is heavy ($ 1300) pays as an adult, I know the thermal baths of Federation, colon, san José and María grande , and the from villa elisa are the more they liked, to go with a 12-year-old boy and a girl of 6 in some pools of water heats not could enter, the reasons is very kindly explained and us found it well, that if we could enter had some problems with the elderly because children enter the water and want to play, like any child, jumping shout, splashed water etc, but nothing that not be can fixed by an order of apologies on my part to other people, so we ended up in the outer basin of warm water that day by heat (nearly 30 °) enabled the pool with waves, the water is frozen but we got with my oldest son just to play in the waves, then leave frozen to the warm water pool to calm us cold, spent the full day from 10 o'clock in the morning you Ta late at night, we stayed at a few apartments in san jose to little km from the complex, with that lower costs, the place is large and very clean, very good staff, very well organised and signposted, has a pantry/kiosk with everything you need , as in all those places the price a little expensive, but when one carries everything and only purchase a few things okay, the baths are generally not my place preferred to go in summer I prefer them in the months of September - October or March and April they are ideal for a weekend getaway

These baths have a venue very well cared, with lots of "green", several pools with different temperatures, some covers and also outdoor. The place has stores, two restaurants and grills. It also has bungalows to stay with all the comforts and to accommodate different number of people. A very important detail is that pools prepared for people with disabilities. Excellent!

We were passing an afternoon since we stayed at another hotel. We were surprised by the cleaning and everything is new. Stainless steel infrastructure does not have aspect of old, all tidy and with plenty of space to go with children

Very nice complex. Some bungalows have better distribution and facilities by which is good to see before booking. The restaurant "Los Teros" is a good choice in the quality / prices; If you don't want to leave the complex. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The new pool is very nice, but only one is thermal and depth of 40 to 90 cm. It is advisable to rest.

We have more than 10 years visiting "our place", sometimes alternating with other thermal baths... but the 800 km. travel is not more than pleasant... cleaning, services, amount of spaces, respect, "good waves", all help! And we return by the waters, also by staff; also by the people of VILLA ELISA!

Excellent facilities. Three stars and not four because it is a pity that they do not complement the excellent place with a better policy for the schedules of the restaurants. You spend a good time in the pool and when you go out to eat the kitchens of the restaurants are closed. A penalty.
