  • A good choice to visit with boys mainly. The sculptures are very good and shows how they lived the comechingones, with interactive experiences led by guides of the place (which should be a bit "most passionate"...). The ideal is to go one day Sun already that practically everything is outdoors.

  • The best option to go in Merlo, is a theme park that recreates based on archaeological work, life, and the dwellings of the Comechingones, aborigines who lived in the mountains carrying the same name, as well as the grinding of corn in mortars. It is a family, excellent, very well decorated and with sculptures by local artists. There is a wheelchair for who can do the walking, free tour, as well as a cart for kids. As he had Sun, we were offered umbrellas. The visit is guided, at the end of the tour, there is a place to sit and relax or drink mate. The descubrimos now, but 5 years in operation, good for children and adults, a Disney miniature, congratulations to owners who, with so much, I diligently worked

  • Very nice place, I was accompanying a group of College and I was so fascinated as they... It is all outdoors (except where are replicas of houses/caves where you enter below ground) and show you the life of the comechingones people in real life size sculptures. Boys can grind corn in mortars and paint the face with Earth pigments. Guide Note is that much known, lacks a bit of energy or good vibes so that the experience is completely full. The negative is that you have to get a nice day (basically no rain), but it is rare that it rains in this area. With the sierras de Comechingones's background, it's a nice proposal especially if there are children or if we like the story. The tour will last approximately 45 minutes. but there are areas with benches where you can keep taking some mates and appreciating the landscape... the flora and fauna merlina, where never missing the crossing of a Blackbird (black birds with orange beaks) guinea pigs (eye, are not rats!) and zorritos. Enjoy it!
