  • The Domaine St Diego is a small family bodega, just 30,000 meters, the visits are private which is a great advantage, we were received by Laura, your father was winemaker from Trapiche (the largest wine of Argentina) for more than 30 years, she put us together with how the entire winemaking process, from planting until the final product is wine , and due to little space that has your vines are in two heights, didactically was a brilliant explanation, we are able to recognize the type of grape by the shape of the leaves, and other important information that only your family and Laura's passion for the wine can provide. The property is very charming having among the vines, olive trees, many centuries old, where olive oil is produced from olives Arauco, unmatched flavor. The tasting is done in a small room surrounded by beautiful lavender and envridaçada and olive trees of more than a century, these that are never pruned to display all your exuberance. Their Pure Blood wine and paradigm are very good, and your delicious sparkling wine. This was the first visit to bodega in Mendoza and after we went to second, Pulenta, and hopes to visit the Pulenta guides asked participants if they had been before in any bodega, all said yes, in large bodegas, and I replied that I was in a small bodega, and speak the name of the Domaine St. Diego, the greeters Pulenta opened a smile and said "graceful" and "muy muy hermosa" ', and all were curious by St. Diego. Domaine St. Diego a visit ímperdivel.

  • Luke a great host. You get the explanation of the estate and the process of the grape and the olive. It is a family winemaker who does so with great enthusiasm and feeling. Recommended to visit and buy the 3 varieties of wine and oil.
