  • It was the final stop on the tour that our excellent guide Juliana Gill Doyle us organized. Quite a spectacle of colors and fragrances. The waiter spoke with such property and care of 'their' the blue that made me think it was theater but CHE as I'm wrong! All the dishes were excellent and were accompanied by a different wine to make a perfect pairing. We ate as newly found refugees. Then came the desserts and were of film (as screaming Rolando LaSerie, man of the Tabacon hot springs). It ended the visit with a trip to the plant and a detailed explanation by the owners, not only instructive, ENJOYABLE and entertaining.
