A friend who had been in Mendoza before I travel told me I couldn't stop going to Her blue. I'd never heard of, and one of the sumptuous bodegas in Mendoza, the appearance of Her Blue not impressed us. But, no doubt, was the best visit. The person who entertained and accompanied us during the visit was extremely nice in explaining the entire history of bodega-one of the only 100% argentina. And the lunch was spectacular: cooked food, well prepared, and wine at will. Then we discovered that the restaurant of Her Blue is considered the 2° best of Mendoza, and the 1° of the Valle of the Uco. Not to be missed!

We had lunch outside at the gallery in a simple but very nice place. The service is first. Excellent food quality. Very good price/quality ratio. After lunch, we were taken to visit the winery that is very small but picturesque. Highly recommended.

A small bodega, with simple facilities and a unassuming restaurant. However an excellent presentation of wines, impeccable and very inviting and tasty food. The restaurant has outdoor tables overlooking the mountain range, absolutely beautiful. There is also a beautiful flower garden and a lounge where you can relax after your meal, enjoying the wonderful view. The owner of the bodega, Pablo, is an incredible eloquence and sympathy. The wines are great, most young wines, whose prices are fairly into account. When we were in the works, so I assume there will soon be new developments there.

A small bodega, but with a lot of personality. Very good wines and with excellent cost benefit. It seems that it's the only fully Argentine capital. Lunch is typical food, without much gourmetização. What is good once in a while. And can be outside too. League requests.

In this place you will live an unforgettable experience! I went with family and we had a great. The place, the food and wine are amazing! But what definitely takes all applause is the attention of staff and the owner himself who comes and talks to everyone to make sure that all marche well. It is an obligatory stop on the wine route, where you will find the largest wineries and between her to "The blue", a smaller Winery, a small restaurant but great attention and dedication to visitors. It deserves 5 stars without a doubt.

Where to stay in Mendoza

As the center of Argentina's wine industry, Mendoza offers plenty of conventional hostel and hotel options, as well as a good selection of short-term apartments for rent. Visitors taking language courses or spending several weeks on the wine route usually snatch these early in the tourist season (which lasts from mid-December to late-February), so it's a good idea to do some research and contact the owners before you arrive. Keep in mind that some of the town's hostels only offer beds to guests signed up for their wine tours.
