Aquarium, Mar del Plata

3.1
#4 of 10 in Zoos & Aquariums in Province of Buenos Aires
Zoo / Aquarium Nature / Park
Meet a selection of sea and land animals and spend time at the beach at Aquarium. One of the largest marine parks in Argentina, the seaside site is home to dolphins, sea lions, otters, lemurs, and numerous species of fish and birds. In addition to admiring the animals from a distance, you can take part in numerous activities that will bring you close to playful dolphins and sea lions, let you scuba dive among tropical fish, or come face to face with sharks. Young visitors can take a behind-the-scenes tour and learn how the park’s residents are cared for, from feeding to training. You can purchase tickets online and use the aquarium website to put together a combination of activities to suit your family. Work out when and for how long to visit Aquarium and other Mar del Plata attractions using our handy Mar del Plata tour planner.

  • Very expensive, and very limited... But having gone to take a group of children, do not agree with the criteria of this type of amusement that undergo the animals to live in confinement outside their natural environment. Personally it seems depressing, in any way is expensive and bad for the poor and limited its attractions

  • Although the Park is cute and attractive, prices are sidereal for the Argentine media. Also they sell you almost mandatory things like photos, resulting in some very bad quality, as if a Penguin would have taken. A u$ s 9.00 each could deliver better quality and to complain, only with the look I was told 'complain to the dolphins' that you will respect more.

  • Already known theme park. Winter break is less complicated move by him. Perhaps there is less frequency of performances and some are not enabled. In my view the prices are expensive, I well "Mar del Plata entry" (lower price). We hope as half an hour to buy tickets, could improve care during the winter holidays. Very nice, well made shows and above all didactic (wolves, dolphins and birds). Talk about lemurs at 16.30 today do not know what happened but we did not "find it"... Very clean bathrooms, very clean, nice food court. Food type fast food, leaves that wish, cold, seemed overheated... price high so that they serve you that... Balance sheet, a nice day, and good experience for the guys.

  • Nice views
  • Very expensive and many of the exhibits were closed. We weren't allowed on the beach where our children wanted to play in the rock pools but weren't allowed. The shark section which had been heavily advertised was closed. Half of the aquariums were empty. The outside children's play area was a plastic, broken slide. The dolphin show however was very good. We complained and asked to write in the complaints book. They then provided us with a free lunch which began to make up for it but when you're paying such high prices for entry you expect more.
  • Torture
  • Bbnnbjjkknxs joderían ghh
  • Help! Abandoned Park. Zero maintenance, there are a few animals lost out there. The entrance charge it as if it were Disney(475 pesos!!!), and eating is a luxury few at those prices... a miracle that the spectacle of the dolphins is so cute, the only and the best.
