  • Visit an olive cultivation was not the plan, but was one of the best visits which we did in Maipú. Very nice guide and produces very beautiful! With beautiful olive trees. Explanations about the whole process of the production of olive oil. They have tb a manufactures of aceto balsamico. After the tour comes the tasting: the best part! Proof of 5 types of olive oil-extra virgin all with less than 0.5% acidity-and 3 hits, accompanying balsamic of rolls, black olives and verdas, folders of olives and sundried tomato. In large quantity. Is very worthwhile! Too much!
