  • Projects made with passion are recognised immediately. And in cases in which the passion is combined with innovation, the result is counter-intuitive. This is what Alejandro Vigil accomplished in his small farm his home. It has given way to a wine cellar-restaurant which, he stated, will be global icon based in Maipu, minutes from the capital city of Mendoza. Landscape, architecture, art, literature, Enology, and mucha-mucha disruption fall in love from the first moment. This agricultural engineer of the INTA become one of Argentina's most renowned winemakers, in charge of the elaboration of the prestigious bodega Catena Zapata wines, recreates the Dante's Divine Comedy and in a brief tour expresses how relevant is the study of the soil to achieve premium as their own wines. There are several spaces for a lunch or a dinner with the right pairing. Places closed and gently cared for, or galleries where the Andes breeze caresses while drinking wine outdoors. The Friday night are a little more relaxed and there are burgers, music and festive atmosphere.

  • Very interesting the proposal of Alejandro Vigil, with a cute underground art museum. We did visit and then ate at one of the restaurants with wines from the great enemy, excellent and award-winning wines around the world line (the proposal is pairing steps on the menu with wines that you think suitable and defeat the enemy that you're) captive pancakes with dulce de leche for dessert.

  • Excellent! While we wait for the table, they approached us some delicious pies! They were giving us the dishes with wine tasting that we are asking, very well prepared the pairing. Very rich desserts, I asked sweets with triangles. And the icing on the cake was the tour of the winery with sculptures and beautiful pictures! I recommend it, we ate re well and Cup always remain full, everyone is aware of what you need! We will be back!
