ZOO Lujan, Lujan
(3.4/5 based on 3,200+ reviews on the web)
Pundits remain strongly divided about ZOO Lujan, often referred to as the "extreme petting zoo" or the "world's most dangerous zoo." Fans rave about the experience of getting up close to, and even touching, some of the world's most dangerous and majestic predators, especially lions and tigers. Animal rights activists slam the attraction, accusing staff of drugging the animals to make them more placid during their interactions with visitors. If you do decide to visit, take extreme care and remember to treat the animals with respect. For travelers who use our world travel planner, Lujan holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the ZOO Lujan and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • Worst program that can be done in Buenos Aires. Like any Zoo you can go. Bad smell, animals drugged. Don't bother going for it!

  • The Lujan zoo gets away a few kilometers from the city of Buenos Aires. Famous worldwide for differential you can play and be very close to wild animals, which elsewhere would be almost impossible. The zoo really makes this encounter with the animals, always accompanied by attentive coaches and I at no time thought the animals were drugged. I don't mind paying more because I saw very bad bug watch and realized that the owner of the site spends a lot of money with collections of vintage cars and military artifacts, which could, whose spending could be focused on improving the living conditions of animals. Even with all this, I advise the visitor. Remember that are rare places that allow this type of contact. And go further, go before it's over, because these types of establishment suffer much social pressure for closure.

  • Very good feeling entering the cage of wild animals, have a cuddle, take a picture with them, give it a unique experience! As for the zoo itself, to me was a little to be desired. A few guides, few people to give information, few options and the value of the input, 400 pesos, I found it a little expensive. Not to mention it is a little far from Buenos Aires and doesn't have as many transportation options. But, I cannot fail to commend employees who are close to the lion. Very attentive, we spend a quiet and beautiful our photograph with the beast! Worth a go, if you're brave enough to get close to the animals. A unique and unforgettable sensation!
