Where to stay in Mendoza

As the center of Argentina's wine industry, Mendoza offers plenty of conventional hostel and hotel options, as well as a good selection of short-term apartments for rent. Visitors taking language courses or spending several weeks on the wine route usually snatch these early in the tourist season (which lasts from mid-December to late-February), so it's a good idea to do some research and contact the owners before you arrive. Keep in mind that some of the town's hostels only offer beds to guests signed up for their wine tours.

  • I had the privilege of being served by the Mr. Carmelo, a connoisseur of fine wine and an excellent "teacher" because he taught us how to assess, prepare and enjoy the wines. Their products are of unique quality. Recommend the visit is sure to be a great experience.

  • Incredible force of carmelo and his family. Unmissable visit. Exquisite wines

  • Carmelo gave us to try different wines, very rich. We also receive recommendations and some practical tips on the subject. He serves without book turn and collect input. It is clear, while he lives for that, making it more by passion than for business.
