Cristo Redentor, La Cumbre

(3.7/5 based on 170+ reviews on the web)
Don’t miss the impressive Cristo Redentor, Cordoba’s very own replica of the famed Christ the Redeemer statue of Rio de Janeiro. While the original statue dwarfs this one, Cordoba’s Christ the Redeemer stands at an impressive 8 m (26 ft) and was built in 1954 by Argentine-Italian architect Luis Ramaciotti. The monumental structure, which sits at the top of a mount offering sweeping views over La Cumbre, can be seen from far away as you approach via the trail. Stock up on refreshments at the foot of the monument. To visit Cristo Redentor on your trip to La Cumbre, use our La Cumbre holiday planner.

  • Expensive for what it is. Nobody warns that if the Christ there are clouds not shown and not return money (was not my case) they charge 60 real and it takes you a train. Visit of 10 minutes
