Cristo Redentor, La Cumbre
(3.7/5 based on 150+ reviews on the web)
Don’t miss the impressive Cristo Redentor, Cordoba’s very own replica of the famed Christ the Redeemer statue of Rio de Janeiro. While the original statue dwarfs this one, Cordoba’s Christ the Redeemer stands at an impressive 8 m (26 ft) and was built in 1954 by Argentine-Italian architect Luis Ramaciotti. The monumental structure, which sits at the top of a mount offering sweeping views over La Cumbre, can be seen from far away as you approach via the trail. Stock up on refreshments at the foot of the monument. To visit Cristo Redentor on your trip to La Cumbre, use our La Cumbre holiday planner.

  • I went this year in October for the third time to the walk of Christ the Redeemer. It's a walk simple and easy access that really love me. The ascent is very easy and short and from above apart from Christ himself you can appreciate a nice view and complete city. In front there is a church very cute with a pretty big with small tables and chairs green space to a small picnic. It would return.
