O. Fournier, La Consulta

(4/5 based on 160+ reviews on the web)
Take a tour of O. Fournier, an eclectic winery whose futuristic exterior design heavily contrasts with the scenic countryside landscape. Learn about the winemaking process, view the equipment and vineyards, and sample the wine selection. After the tour, dine in the restaurant, which overlooks the vineyard and a trout pond. Be sure to work up an appetite before your arrive, then try a five-course meal paired with wine while in view of the snow-capped Andes mountains. Plan to visit O. • The winery a find, very good service. The restaurant a wonder. The attention very good, the food more than excellent. A flawless presentation. Defined flavors and its chef Miriam a large. Note that he cooks with lots of love. Very good ratio price / quality. Wines to discover and be pleasantly surprised. Don't let go! Marcela

  • The place where it is installed and the construction of the bodega to turn into a film scenario. Bold architecture merges the symbolism of major wine labels with the functionality for the production of wine by gravity. The basement is majestic, huge and with screens exposed around the edges, like an art gallery. Lunch was spectacular, saborosíssima food and the restaurant with glass walls and a Lake around contribute to an experience not to be missed.
