  • Beautiful church, in a beautiful and chosen by heaven. Very important message that is on the gateway. The risen Christ that is within the Church. All very nice in a wonderful place.

  • A different church decoration. And a good way to learn the history of blessed Laura vicuña. It is worthwhile to get to Junín de los Andes to know the city and its Chapel

  • Beautiful church... It is a great work by integrating the mapuche culture with Catholicism. It is reflected in the Mapuche looms hanging on the sides of the Church, in the vitro narrating different stories. In its beautiful altar where are represent the four elements of the nature... In the Virgin of the Apocalypse (represents the second coming of Jesus) and Jesus which instead of being crucified is welcoming us and inviting us to follow him. Both with Mapuche traits. The history of Laura Vicuña, (a 14-year-old girl) and beata.

  • Junín de los Andes will be like a lighthouse... If resolvían you will see that quite a few recognized in Junín de los Andes and its shrine to the "lighthouse of the new world". Apart from the beliefs, prophecies, etc, etc... the sanctuary of Ntra Sra de las Nieves and blessed Laura vicuña impact by a myriad of peculiarities. the most significant and that I like more, is to find a luminous, glorious Christ as Center of attention... Indeed, the central figure hanging from the ceiling is a Christ made in translucent acrylic color skin walking toward the visitor with open arms. It is the message of hope, not of pain. It is the triumphant Christ who proclaims peace. All the symbolism in its Atrium, daily Chapel, nave and altar do not only reinforce this idea. It is worth a visit.
