  • This trail is almost no slope, very suitable for people who are tired of rises to the other attractions of Chalten and want to do something simple. They are two very quiet times, and it is a refuge. Continuing half an hour, one gets to the electric Lake, which is very nice on clear days and has a mystical air when it rains. It is advisable to take own meat, because prices in the refuge are absurd. This is also a path through which pass those who go to the continental ice fields and for climbers to acampann then in black stone.

  • It is in those places that for being so unique and distant, words are not enough to describe it. I particularly recommend to visit everything it offers El Chalten, since it is a town of only 1000 people nestled in the middle of a national park. Indeed the history of the village is the set up on the border with Chile to prevent the advance of the neighboring country about the National Park and its historic unjustified claims of Argentine territory. There the Argentines founded El Chalten and sovereignty was clear. Out of the history of the place there are several trails for travel, as the of watching of condors and eagles that visit and turned out beautiful. Take into account the climate which is quite hostile and footwear is a rather uneven ground and in constant rise. The village itself itself is very small but has hotels and restaurants as a terminal of fluidity of transit buses.
