  • We did the trail that leads to the mirador de cerro. The (trekking) 10 km journey that also is very nice to visit the Laguna Capri. The 1st 2 or 3 Km are emerging but it is perfectly and guide is not needed. The trail is perfectly marked. Is a tour of day full. I me alijaba El Calafate and take a transfer that recommended me at the hotel that it was cheaper than the passage from the bus terminal and muuuuucho more economic than a trip from El Calafate El Chalten travel 2-3 hours, and driver for vantage points that take photos. Pass early pick you at your hotel and take you direct. Type 11 hs arrived and started the trail. Is a national park so you have to bring food, but you don't have to carry much water since the water of the lagoon is melting and is drinking, and fresh! Parabamos whenever we wanted and went down to 16 HR approx. Very cute

  • To get to the base of the FitzRoy and the three lagoon, are 10km of walking through the forest, you got the 1st km of medium difficulty and high difficulty km9, the rest is a walk. I recommend making it early since you take 4 hours. to arrive and the Hill is more beautiful when it gives you the sound of noon (for photos)
