  • This is one great mountain, very steep and a magnificence to behold if you are lucky enough with the weather.  more »
  • Did the one part of the hotel post and ending in the City Centre (not to return the same way). Thanks very worthwhile. At the hotel I got transport to the hotel. Beautiful and quiet trail, until you start the hard climb ending that leaves you to stick out your tongue. A lot of snow up there now in November and one of the ponds were frozen. When the order to see the Summit of Fitz Roy, it depends on the mood of the time which varies wildly.

  • A walking tour of about 8hours (round trip). In the beginning some steep pieces up, a somewhat spicy climb. However after about 7 km where the mostly flat walk is through the forests and mountains. A number of beautiful view points on the peaks and lakes. The final stretch of about 1 km is a steep heavy climb. However the point where you eventually comes out is beautifully nicely, making you forget the climb in one fell swoop! Enough spots to relax and there again your own lunch. Further, above all, take enough water with it!

  • Start your hike from El Chalten, spend all the day in this incredible part of Argentina, enjoying the nature. Do not forget to take picture, best season I suggest autumn. Bring with your a pair of sticks in order to better hike, overall during last 100m ascending, descending part.
  • Unforgettable views. Great for hikes that are easy to navigate. Stunning location, I took photos for a wedding at Laguna Sucia.
  • Even if in some why it is very close to the Italian Dolomiti, this mountain has a great personality. It has been climbed by different famous people and it is considered a must to do. The environment is fantastic but to see it you must be lucky because of often difficult whether conditions.
  • Great hikes great views
  • It's pretty tall.
