Regretted not having planned to stay longer. The ideal is going to stay a few days, climb to the top, to explorers, of course. Sorry to go in a hurry. 2) there's more than a mountain Refuge beyond the "Cajón del Azul". I stayed in one called "La Playita", in a lovely place. Near the Cajón. 3) the ideal is to go in the summer. I was in the fall, but it was beautiful, the trees all fall color. 4) don't take a lot of weight. The walk is long, and load weight can be very tiring. There's a lot of ups and downs along the way and only weight will slow you down. 5) Leave early. As soon as possible. And avoid going alone! Is very worthwhile!show original
