  • Travel to the drawer of the blue is the path of more tourist trekking El Bolsón, both by its extension easy to reach, on foot or on horseback since he is not on the way to a Summit, but in a narrow valley on the banks of the Yangtze River. The practical of this path is that you can visit on the day and to spend the night in the shelter of the drawer of the blue and return to the day next to the city, more than adequate for the tourist who doesn't regularly hiking or nor has team, however that does not mean that it is easy for someone not trained since it possesses a degree of difficulty. It takes between 3 to 5 hours depending on the physical condition to arrive in the drawer with a cumulative drop of 600 meters in travel that takes place with many ups and downs. Nearby there is the refuge of the drawer of the blue where you can spend the evening taking the option of sleeping bag sleeping in a bedroom general or pitch the tent in the surroundings. Trekking tours there are longer and demanding in El Bolson but they are no longer as accessible to the average tourist, but it required Trekking and training equipment. To start the journey they must reach the farm of Wharton, where you may park the car, buy some food for the day, ask directions and begin the walk. Good luck, and don't forget to wear a nylon bag in your backpack to return to the city with possible waste that can be generated, do not throw garbage or make fire on the mountain, the remains of food are not fertilizer for plants, garbage, the place is very cute, without waste and we must keep it that way.

  • Cost us a bit but we arrived and it was worth it! We went and got back in the day, but recommend making night at the shelter and meet all the shortest paths that exist around the Central magnificent.
