  • A paradise summarized in a few words! It is a Virgin place, where you can't reach everyone since the hike is very intense, although there are other options such as going to a certain extent in 4 x 4 vehicle or horseback riding; my experience was do it walking from the beginning and go enjoying step by step the amazing landscape! There are shelters in the ascent to the mountain where you can stop to rest, or if you are prepared as a backpacker can be night. It can be done on the day, we took approximately 8 hours but stopping to take pictures, enjoy, picnic.

  • It is a particularly beautiful place. Very cold water river, crosses the mountain. Ideal for trekking, horseback riding, mountain biking.

  • We were 4 guys. I recommend to go early if you want to well up and down on the day. It is a tiring but spectacular road, we arrived at El Cajon, to go up there are various shelters that you can spend the night, they are expensive, but accessible. You have to bring water, which can be recharged from the River, something to eat and sunscreen. First refuge, called the beach, where you can get to the River, the water is cold but you get used quickly. All the way you encotras people of different ages and with different stories. It's very good. To do so do not need a physical state of 10, but it requires your effort. Actually the view and the landscape's worth the effort.
