Museo Historico UNC Manzana Jesuitica, Cordoba
(4.6/5 based on 1,500+ reviews on the web)
Originally built by Jesuit missionaries in the 17th century, Museo Historico UNC Manzana Jesuitica now stands out as one of the most picturesque areas of Córdoba. King Charles III expelled the Jesuits in 1767--not only from the quarter they had created, but from the entire continent of South America. Their legacy lives on, however, in the historical neighborhood's many important buildings. Wander through its storied streets, stopping to appreciate the church, monastery, friary, and charming university, which still educates young Argentines today. Put Museo Historico UNC Manzana Jesuitica at the forefront of your travel plans using our Cordoba trip itinerary builder.

  • This well preserved, beautiful cloister all with a style colonial, ideal to go a day that does not make both heat!

  • It is the true Cordoba that shows your times around 1600 years when there were the catacombs that still remain in the Centre, a cultural heritage so abysmal that it deserves to be named world heritage site.

  • Visit the Jesuit block can see the roots of Cordoba and admire the religious art of this congregation. Within the modern city that grows Apple takes us back to the past in an immersive way and leaves desire to visit it again.
