  • Hidden village is a great place, the trout in the water you can see while you walk, go to the waterfall and enjoy a good meal. However, most notable is reached, the rough Hill has many green spaces to sit and enjoy nature, water and animals. It is recommended to not set fire to roast, something that is very difficult to avoid for those who go on their own - since there are crossings made by companies - I recommend whether to fire to do so thoroughly, there are places that were accommodated to do so, with rocks put around, without grass, and water nearby; more say he turns to go to not have any doubt.

  • It can be, from Cordoba, along the road that goes to La Cruz or Los Vallecitos. The road is dirt, in good condition (we were in a "Golcito", so not a 4 x 4 is needed). In our case, we left the car at a checkpoint in the area, and began to walk. We did it in about 2 hours and a half and arrived at the abandoned mine, which is a kind of hostel where you can sleep in rooms for rent and eat, or enjoy delicious snacks and beers. In addition, there is a place across the River, where you can camp (obviously paying, since the place is private) and use of a communal kitchen facilities. The place itself is incredible and you can go freely abandoned mines or reach the waterfall "El Salto del Tigre". In my opinion is one of the walks forced to perform in the sierras de Córdoba. Oh, a tip: to enjoy this hike seriously, it is essential to have time, so I recommend to do it in a long weekend of 3 days at least.
