Church
See the tomb of a former president at Basílica Inmaculada Concepción, an imposing Catholic church dating back to the late 18th century. History buffs will be interested to learn that this monument holds the remains of former Argentine president Justo Jose de Urquiza, and the coffin actually represents a smaller replica of Napoleon Bonaparte's tomb. Pay special attention to the grand architecture outside and in, with the recently refurbished gleaming white pillars and original ceiling painting. Check opening times before visiting as they may vary from day to day. • Monday, March 20-this church, built by the architect Piero ditches, was finished in the year 1859 and later in 1980 was elevated to the title of minor Basilica. Dominates the large square with trees General Ramirez and is the largest and most important historical building in the city. Very nice the inside Latin-plan fully frescoed dome and vaults. A must visit.
