Where to stay in Colon

The most popular place to look for accommodations in Colon lies between Av. Pres. Juan Domingo Peron and the Uruguay River. Attractive riverfront hotels offer good selections of amenities, including pools, spas, and well-appointed dining rooms. As a rule, head farther from the Uruguay River if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. On the side streets of Colon's main neighborhoods, you'll find a good selection of family-run posadas (guesthouses) and simple hotels offering comfortable rooms for a good night's sleep.

  • This place in the middle of the route could be more than. Account with good merchandise where the vedette is Walnut pecan. Unfortunately do not provide a guided tour to meet plantations and thus make more attractive and private place. The same happens with bites that supposedly offer: only make them on summer vacation. No long weekends...

  • None of what is said in the web we could enjoy it. We were a weekend in April, with good weather and good tourist influx. However, the place was virtually closed, with the exception of the store. There were guided tours, it could not pass by the planting of nogales, the brewery courtyard not attended and the person attending the shop did not know why. The store isn't bad, but the products are expensive. They work with credit card but charging you 10 percent in a single payment.
