Cascada del Rio Agrio, Caviahue
(4.9/5 based on 300+ reviews on the web)
At Cascada del Rio Agrio, water plummets down into a crater colored green, red, and orange by mineral-rich rocks and the moss growing on them. The biggest of four waterfalls along the Rio Agrio's path, the cascade is easily accessible from nearby Caviahue, either on foot or by car. Admire the symmetry of the waterfall and the nearly circular crater. Don't forget your camera--you'll want the perfect photo of this natural, multicolored sensation. • It is a very recommendable walk. There is plenty of snow. But the scenery is beautiful. The tour can take to go with bike.

  • Do not confuse the Agrio river waterfalls with the jump of the sour, many of the views that are in this attraction correspond to the hop up the same photo of the attraction. The four waterfalls in the sour are very beautiful, it is a simple walk near Caviahue and walk along a beautiful forest where they find each one of the waterfalls. The hike can be done with children and we even did it under a faint drizzle.
