Cascada del Rio Agrio, Caviahue

(4.9/5 based on 340+ reviews on the web)
At Cascada del Rio Agrio, water plummets down into a crater colored green, red, and orange by mineral-rich rocks and the moss growing on them. The biggest of four waterfalls along the Rio Agrio's path, the cascade is easily accessible from nearby Caviahue, either on foot or by car. Admire the symmetry of the waterfall and the nearly circular crater. Don't forget your camera--you'll want the perfect photo of this natural, multicolored sensation. • Not to be confused the waterfalls of the tart with the jump of the tart. The waterfalls are various and are skirting the Agrio River. The trail starts a few meters from the tourist office, signage is a bit sloppy but reaches, there are traces of people who roam the area, so you can not lose; also walking following the river you will find them in your path; When you reach the last there is a sign indicating that terminates the path, but you can follow a few meters more, always to the bordering the river and you'll find one more waterfall. When I walked the mapuches on horseback watching cattle, aspi which is good to know that if something happens to you, there is always someone who will be able to help you. Tips: Go in the morning because the sunlight gives them head-on, put solar protection always because the Sun gives you direct, bring water, and go slowly stopping you long enough to hear the sound of the water. Your energies are renewed, the walk is beautiful.
