Cerro Uritorco, Capilla del Monte
(3.9/5 based on 750 reviews on the web)
Climb to the highest peak of the Sierras Chicas in a rewarding trek at Cerro Uritorco. Rated as a medium-difficulty hike, the official trail takes most of the day to complete. Once at the top, walk around to reap the fullest reward, as you'll get a sweeping view of the mountains and even find some other remote spots for pictures. The mountain has been a hotspot for UFO sightings and other paranormal incidents--hence the alien statues at the bottom of the park. • The beautiful landscapes, a beautiful experience when you get up, people wave. To repeat! Take CAP and protective! I was nearly uninsulated. 2 litres of water per person and something to eat when you're going up and when you get up, because after all the descent! The entrance was $220 per person. Start early and enjoy the road.
