  • The Museum is located in what must have been a typical family house. Very nice and very well preserved. Surprised to see the collections of prehistoric peoples preserved and exposed carefully on a tour of three rooms. They are archaeological pieces that show the life of the peoples who lived in the area of Cachi, found and then donated by Pío Pablo Díaz. The entrance to the Museum is easily accessible! only $20 (about u$ s 1.00) in October 2016. It runs very fast and is located on the main square.

  • Descepcionante. We went to this museum because we had read reviews that they indicated that there were more than 10 thousand pieces in exhibition. We toured it in 30 minutes at most. Not is if it will be because we were in may, but there was little to see, more petroglyphs than anything else.
