Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires

4.5
In the trendy district of Palermo Soho, find many cafes, bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. Often residing in old traditional houses with brightly painted facades, the businesses strive for an alternative and bohemian feel. The colorful buildings and plentiful street art make the area a pleasant place for a stroll, even if you don't plan on spending money in the often-pricey establishments. • If you are going for the first time in Buenos Aires, I would recommend that you stay hosted near the center of the city, preferably in the region of Florida, between Cordoba and Corrientes. Yes, next to the most important sights of the city of Buenos Aires. In this case, it's worth a go on a night off, enjoy Palermo Soho. Palermo Soho would like Leblon in Rio de Janeiro, trendy neighborhood, where the concentration of local people is much more than tourists and, for this reason, if you eat and drink better than in the rest of Buenos Aires. If you do not want to see the Casa Rosada, the Caminito, pay in Mr. Tango and ride through Florida, for example, Palermo Soho is your location in Buenos Aires. You'll find excellent bars that functional till 4 or 5:00 the morning, excellent restaurants of meat and pasta and most importantly, in my opinion, security. Unlike the Centre and to the Recoleta, where one has the impression that you will be robbed anytime in Palermo Soho you walk at 4 A.M. without fear. Site passes an excellent sense of security.

Where to stay in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires offers an impressive selection of budget-friendly and mid-range lodgings, as well as pricier, more luxurious options for visitors who don't mind splashing out. Good rooms are scattered across town, but your best bet for economical hostels remains San Telmo, a neighborhood on the edge of downtown. For boutique establishments and international five-star hotels, head to Palermo, Recoleta, or Puerto Madero, upscale neighborhoods drawing the majority of foreign visitors.
