Step into the opulent Beaux Arts world of Palacio San MartÍn, an impressive mansion surrounded by a stone courtyard designed by architect Alejandro Christofersen in 1905. The building housed the Ministry of Foreign Relations from 1936 to 1993, and now serves as Ceremonial Headquarters for the Ministry. Tour the interior to see pristine marble staircases and grandiose dining rooms with gleaming chandeliers. Step out into the garden, which includes a piece of the Berlin Wall. A small onsite museum displays pre-Columbian artifacts and a number of Latin American paintings. Check the schedule of guided tours in advance and bring ID.   • Beautiful Palace front of Plaza San Martin. Originariamenre was the home of the Anchorena family. Currently the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Headquarters is located. Contains an important collection of art

  • One of the of the prettiest spots in Buenos Aires. Take your time to walk around it and visit the surrounding historical buildings.
  • Take a seat on one of the park benches on a nice sunny day, smile and relax by enjoying the atmosphere. Very fine place to be on a sunny springtime day.
