Specialty Museum
Get an inside look at one of the most popular soccer clubs in Argentina when you visit Museo River Plate. Located next to the team's home stadium, the museum walks you through the history of River Plate and all of their accomplishments. Note that a lack of interactive exhibits may make it less interesting for children. For an extra fee you can take a tour of the stadium and actually walk on the field and through the press boxes. A store attached to the museum sells shirts and other club merchandise. Put Museo River Plate into our Buenos Aires itinerary builder and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

  • Very interesting Museum for football lovers. River is Argentina's biggest club, and has a very rich history and it is worthwhile to review it in its Museum. Missed the stadium tour. A bit short, but very nice to see what it feels like in the field. Expensive prices.

  • amazing, wonderful, I was delighted. many legal, interactive attractions, tells the story of a very creative way. have a tunel you enter, which has ports that dao to rooms where count as were the titles of the river, in a part of the tunnel he is no lighting and no doors, representing the years the river was without title. I loved it

  • They don't accept international debit or credit cards at the entrance, so make sure you have cash because there isn't any ATM there. The museum is quite small. Some interactive stuff was not working. The best bit is the stadium itself.
