  • The square is winding and all of a sudden, a gate, and geometric shapes build the Museum! I entered with great anticipation. Something along the lines of the Museum of the Portuguese Language. Spectacular museum standards of BsAs, is too weak. I couldn't figure out why it is called Museum of the book and the tongue. Thanks to see the paintings first Pacific galleries is just. A shame! An immense potential of the Spanish language spoken in Argentina and the "Buenos Aires".

  • It is a relatively new Museum. It has a permanent exhibition of books very interesting. It also tends to have very interesting, interactive and very pleasant tour samples. In January closed. The entrance is free.

  • The place is nice and organized. The collection even though it is very Rico and very educational. The place also has an auditorium in the basement. Ideal for presentation, Conference and also lectures. The air conditioning does not work or was not connected, so I feel a little heat.

  • I went for a few talks at the underground part and it is a beautiful place for lovers of the arts and literature. You can go with children, depending on the sample have educational activities (see before you go because sometimes samples are quieter and as in all Museum there are things that children cannot touch).

  • When you open is fine. But I went a few days ago and closed until February, almost a month. It is an outrage.

  • Interesting but lacks more material and illustrations. But I found a good book: Souvenir de travel

  • A disaster, not only the language is not represented on any part of the samples, if not the part dedicated to the books is i.e. something soft pathetic. If having the little wave guide, who spent more time criticizing the current leadership, that talking about the exhibition.

Where to stay in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires offers an impressive selection of budget-friendly and mid-range lodgings, as well as pricier, more luxurious options for visitors who don't mind splashing out. Good rooms are scattered across town, but your best bet for economical hostels remains San Telmo, a neighborhood on the edge of downtown. For boutique establishments and international five-star hotels, head to Palermo, Recoleta, or Puerto Madero, upscale neighborhoods drawing the majority of foreign visitors.
