(4.3/5 based on 1,500+ reviews on the web)
Immerse yourself in a blend of historical and modern architecture at Museo Del Bicentenario, built around the arches and foundations of Buenos Aires' former customs house. The underground museum takes you on a visual and auditory journey through Argentina's history, from independence to the present day. Although most of the museum's displays are only in Spanish, many of the video exhibits transcend the language barrier. • Highly recommended. Fascinating to be found between the bases of the old Fort of Buenos Aires, which can be seen throughout their journey. Ideal to add it to the visit to the Casa Rosada (if they are even done) by the few metres between one and the other.

  • Very interesting and with a gem: the mural Natalio Botana entrusted him gusher into a kind of "Tabernacle" to David Alfaro Siqueiros, and that was recovered after many years of negotiations.

  • In a blink of an eye you can get a panoramic view of the argentine history. The scenario? The ruins of the antique customs just behind Casa Rosada. The price? For free. Unique, unbelievable. Must visit.
  • Amazing museum with tons of information about City and Independence of Argentina. They have a unique art piece(a room) which I would recommend for any one visiting BA.
  • Awesome, too bad there is no English translation anywhere. Very interesting collection.
  • A lot of videos without any english, no seats/benches.
  • Free entrance. Many vidéo with subtile in spanish.
