A trip to the past. Walking by a building so emblematic as the former residence of immigrants. The attention of the warm people of the super bar. The sample I saw called "uprisings", very good! Only criticism is the abuse of security people. Prohibition photograph in places lit naturally... without justifying anything! In addition to his disorientation by not knowing how to give an indication... simply seem to work so that one does not.

The building is relevant, although not all used. Only the third floor has an exhibition on immigration, a part, the other part is another Museum!? The objects that make up the collection of this Museum, as it was told by the clerk, who asked in the output, depending on the diversity of diffuse objects, told me that all objects in the collection are donated. So, the little use of space, the distribution of the objects and the confused existence of another Museum in the same building are explained.

We toured the place where our family spent their first days in Argentina and filled us with emotion. It is very well maintained, renovated and presented to the public. Explore this site and see that the world was not always digital make the children very well. I recommend 100%.

Building's interesting and so is its history. Depending on what's on display it may be worth it going all the way there

Nice museum. Its a 10 min walk or so from station Retiro. The exhibition is only in Spanish unfortunately.

Where to stay in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires offers an impressive selection of budget-friendly and mid-range lodgings, as well as pricier, more luxurious options for visitors who don't mind splashing out. Good rooms are scattered across town, but your best bet for economical hostels remains San Telmo, a neighborhood on the edge of downtown. For boutique establishments and international five-star hotels, head to Palermo, Recoleta, or Puerto Madero, upscale neighborhoods drawing the majority of foreign visitors.
