  • I really like military related museums and I saved this museum for my last day in BA. I was fortunate to hear a military band playing at a wreath laying ceremony in the nearby park at the monument of ...  more »
  • Very spacious, it has many rooms, all complete with weapons of all periods and all with their classification and detail. And the very economic input also. Recommended.

  • I do not know the Louvre or any of those great museums, but so far the arms Museum is the most amazing and complete that I have visited. The truth is that it is more than recommended: is almost indispensable to go see it. There are weapons of all types: fire, white, blunt objects... of the 1st and 2nd World War, the conquest of the desert, of the English invasions, of independence, of the Samurai, etc. There are an infinite number of weapons, which although they are unfortunately destined to destruction and human control, are impressive. The price of entry into these days (February 2018) is 30 pesos for Argentine and 50 for foreigners. Let me clarify that I've only found two chairs in the entire Museum, if they have done the tour and are tired (or have trouble staying long time unemployed); I have suggested to add some more (just do not let it in writing in the guestbook; only accolades). Try to arrive on time (opens at 13 p.m. and closes at 19), because to me it took me four hours to traverse it quiet. What's more: I would have stayed longer because I really enjoy taking pictures, but finished me the camera battery (so load it well, carry another one, or not take as many photos haha). Ahhh... it's difficult to take pictures without reflections of glasses! Well... enough of my palabrerios... Go! The Museum is insidious!
