La Boca, Buenos Aires
(3/5 based on 3,400+ reviews on the web)
Home to the famous Caminito alleyway gallery and La Bombonera football stadium, La Boca has a reputation forged on two major tourist attractions. Make your way straight to Caminito and appreciate the dazzling colors of the buildings around you, then head to the stadium for a behind-the-scenes tour. Apart from those two attractions, you'll struggle to find much else of interest in the largely industrial neighborhood. Visit during the day, as the area has a seedy reputation at night. Put La Boca into our Buenos Aires trip itinerary builder to see other points of interest to visit during your vacation in Buenos Aires.

  • Tourists crowded neighborhood, indicating that it is interesting. Colorful houses, popular buildings, art galleries, cafes, the mythical la Bombonera Stadium and the ultramitico path. With two essential visits Buenos Aires, Plaza de Mayo, and if it is to take, I would lose again in Caminito (a manner of speaking, as its name suggests, it is very small)

  • It is an exciting place... A feeling in the air is nice and colorful, radiates good mood to represent a typical neighbourhood of the city. It is impossible to go to Buenos Aires and not visit the neighborhood of la Boca, by its colorful streets in which the Argentine culture can be seen in its glory both its "La Bombonera" Stadium. If you go on Sunday you will find many couples dancing in the street, craft stalls, painters, etc. The houses are fun to observe because they are very different colors. This is reason that once many immigrants who lived in it not had paint to paint homes called for the sailors he had. Some have various colors so that not always had the same color to paint it. It is a must see.

  • In La boca you can visit the stadium of Boca Junior and the Museum, but the best of La boca is Caminito, there you can buy souvenir and bring friends and families for modest prices, the best place to buy souvenirs in the Argentina capital and take a very good ice cream, Dino has some galleries with clothes , scarves and shoes with better prices than those of conventional stores.
