Where to stay in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires offers an impressive selection of budget-friendly and mid-range lodgings, as well as pricier, more luxurious options for visitors who don't mind splashing out. Good rooms are scattered across town, but your best bet for economical hostels remains San Telmo, a neighborhood on the edge of downtown. For boutique establishments and international five-star hotels, head to Palermo, Recoleta, or Puerto Madero, upscale neighborhoods drawing the majority of foreign visitors.

  • Must visit in Buenos Aires. Home of the best soccer team and greatest crowd. The museum experience is nice but if you're lucky enough to get tickets for the game, you'll end up cheering for Boca, the whole game experience is just amazing.
  • Boca Juniors! Such a great crowd. Such a great, old concrete stadium. It must be downright horrible to come to play here as an opponant. It makes me long for the old, now tore down Råsunda Fotbollsstadium.
  • For soccer fans! That is the place you must visit! Take time a do a nice tour through the museum and the stadium!! Story, Uniforms, Trophies, all the things about Boca Juniors History!! From there go to Caminito to enjoy the food and the neighborhood.
  • Nice play. It's a sanctuary among football (soccer) followers. Its design is simillar to a box of bombones (chocolates), that's the origin of it's name
  • La Bombonera!! You must go to this place. Full of colorful history. Passion for real football. A historical temple. 👍👍👍👍👍
