  • For several years now since I discovered this gem on the RN 205 and whenever passing through there it is impossible to not stop to taste a rich bite. Everything there is of excellent quality, either salami, cheeses, hams, bondiolas or range-pudding. But none of this would be the same without the stories and the attention of Mario, the owner, while preparing the bite with a delicacy that suggests its years of experience. A must-see for me are the snacks of cheese with lebher or the Basque sausages. The high quality of the products is accompanied by the prices. Something to keep in mind when taking home something good.

  • Impossible to go by the route 205 and not see the ovenbird. 30 years ago that he wouldn't and it seems that the time wasn't there. The quality of the products is excellent, how well his attention (the same person who we attended my family for 30 years. If is a little expensive price, which is offset by its quality. I'll be back to take this route, only to go to El Hornero!

  • There is no best salami, that by El Hornero, produced with the best raw material available that are on the market. It has no comparison with other salami, try the fillets of pork, the crude jamo, for me are from another planet. It is my must stop whenever I pass by Roque Pérez
