  • When I go to Buenos Aires, especially in winter, when the store opens, I shop for a few pieces of chocolate. The hard at the store is to choose what to buy because there is a lot of variety and flavors to buy. Usually the customer can take the heavy parts.

  • Got me a box of chocolates which, because of its size, two floors of chocolates. He brought only a floor and replaced the missing floor with two plates of styrofoam. The quality is good, but this way of acting is not correct, it is misleading!

  • I got attracted by the mouth of the highly touted sweet bread from the island martin garcia who are proud to sell from the showcase. A dry, colorless, odorless and tasteless mass was. He didn't have a single dried fruit and to find a high gloss there had been no luck or forming part of the campus of archaeologists who accompanied Howard Carter to discover the tomb of Tutankhamun. It is also expensive. A real scam.

  • Quite unpleasant welcome with foreigners, I agree with Ailu Ace. Chocolates are expensive for their quality...
  • Very good chocolate, maybe not the best, but if of the few places that you can choose from variety of bars of chocolates, chocolates, truffles, or chocolate in branch, you can save on paper bags if it is for personal consumption and little... Or for gift boxed. The price is quite reasonable. Today approx. 750 pesos per kilo.

  • I feel ripped! The chocolate is good, but beware what you buy: containers are misleading. Bombonella replaced the floor below in a container carrying in any chocolate, two floors of chocolates, chocolates with two sheets of styrofoam.

Where to stay in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires offers an impressive selection of budget-friendly and mid-range lodgings, as well as pricier, more luxurious options for visitors who don't mind splashing out. Good rooms are scattered across town, but your best bet for economical hostels remains San Telmo, a neighborhood on the edge of downtown. For boutique establishments and international five-star hotels, head to Palermo, Recoleta, or Puerto Madero, upscale neighborhoods drawing the majority of foreign visitors.
