  • It is reached after approx. 30 km from Alumine. It is within the northern section of the Lanín National Park. Provisions is recommended because in November the campsite facilities are closed.

  • Mapuche community, cows, goats and sheep, geese, Lake, mountains, and a gravel long that ends in nothing. Take camera with three batteries because they won't be able to stop capture images. The exotic: in the middle of nowhere, a bicultural hospital. VERY beautiful. A nothing goofy community to choose habitat (go as a compliment).

  • It is the closest to Aluminé Lake (30 km) and one of the most beautiful. The road is quite good gravel and along the way you can see a landscape where mountains, valleys, River and vegetation offer visitors places where peace and beauty is a constant to enjoy. About midway on the right there is a small lagoon where at certain times of the year you can see various birds, especially flamingos and the beautiful Royal Ruddy-headed goose. Before arriving to the Lake is passes by the village mapuche of Rucachoroi and is observed infinity of araucarias that flank the road and accompany to the traveler along all the ride by the Lake. Arriving, you can make a stop in the beach of the head of the Lake and watch the birds that inhabit it. The peace that you feel is wonderful. Bordering the Lake and less than 1 km from the Park Ranger is the Trempain campsite with mapuche administration. The place is beautiful and you can access to the shore of the lake where every step offers countless views to take pictures. A real treat for the eyes. It can continue the road but not is is in good state with many levelled and wells that can damage the vehicle. If you continue, I suggest doing so slowly. In summary, peace and nature in all its glory... a caress for the soul.
