Lago Alumine, Alumine

(4.9/5 based on 140 reviews on the web)
For an outback experience in Argentina, head to Lago Alumine, a remote lake situated in the picturesque Alumine National Park. While exploring the surrounding area, you can meet the native Mapuche that inhabit the reserve and try out many outdoor activities, including camping, sailing, fishing, kayaking, picnicking, and swimming. For something a bit more authentic, rent a horse from the Mapuche community and go riding around the lake. • Vast. Magnanimous. Ideal for all! Friends, couples, families, single people. You can put and swim without fear. Fresh water. Beautiful scenery. It only bad, that there are parts that are owned private and are fenced. But the downhill to the playitas are well defined!
