  • Beautiful setting. Very good, distinctive wines.
  • Connie did an excellent job of touring our group through the winery
  • Very cozy and inviting tap room. The Estate Gran Cabernet Franc XI was by far my favorite -- the green chile taste was surprisingly wonderful. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and did not push their products on me during the tasting. Actually, I had to ask to buy a bottle of their wine.
  • Excellent very good wine, lunch and wine tasting is great. The visit is very interesting. Besides wine they also produce olive oil. A particular curiosity, are they representatives of Porsche brand throughout Latin America and in every celebration of the brand, the wine is Pulenta. Worth knowing.

Where to stay in Mendoza

As the center of Argentina's wine industry, Mendoza offers plenty of conventional hostel and hotel options, as well as a good selection of short-term apartments for rent. Visitors taking language courses or spending several weeks on the wine route usually snatch these early in the tourist season (which lasts from mid-December to late-February), so it's a good idea to do some research and contact the owners before you arrive. Keep in mind that some of the town's hostels only offer beds to guests signed up for their wine tours.
