  • First of all, the place is absolutely stunning. Then, this bodega uses the principle of the underground wine cellars that are classically in France but enough around Mendoza. In addition, the owners put a point of honour to respect the environment. By this last point, it stands particularly and a range of wines on offer is entirely organic. In fact, wine is sold at a very good value for money and you can even find the rose. (history of a change of the classic Malbec red). I very highly recommend.

  • The concept of the Winery is worthy of admiration: production and Winery taking care of the environment, attending more to a market tourist to mass production, giving priority to quality on new trends of winemakers... Attention is noteworthy because its owner is who made the visit and tasting...

  • Excellent attention. We tasted different kinds of wine and all very rich. The winery has a highly recommended eco line.

  • Personalized service and differentiated. The owner Ricardo answered in the best possible way, gave a lecture on wine and tasting! Showed the property and even emphasized the commitment to the environment. To finish still gave us a ride to the Chandon since we were late! An excellent choice and great learning!

  • Impeccable everything! Impossible not to visit underground cellar! Mariana a genius like no other. In addition to the tour of all the winery and its history and production, give you the possibility of doing a full course. A to the Z special for beginners. With the tasting of 10 wines and their comparisons. They teach you to really feel the taste of the wine. No winery explained to us as well as in underground WINERY DOLIUM.

Where to stay in Mendoza

As the center of Argentina's wine industry, Mendoza offers plenty of conventional hostel and hotel options, as well as a good selection of short-term apartments for rent. Visitors taking language courses or spending several weeks on the wine route usually snatch these early in the tourist season (which lasts from mid-December to late-February), so it's a good idea to do some research and contact the owners before you arrive. Keep in mind that some of the town's hostels only offer beds to guests signed up for their wine tours.
