Darkwood Beach, Antigua

Inspirock Rating:
4.5/5 based on 220+ reviews on the web
Unwind away from the crowds at Darkwood Beach, an Antiguan beach that offers great snorkeling and a secluded retreat. Turquoise clear waters and a small reef close to the shore provide an excellent spot for beginners to practice their snorkeling or swim in calm waters. A long stretch of white crystal sands is interrupted only by a beach bar, which rents snorkeling equipment, as well as serving refreshing snacks and offering restrooms. If you’ve got the kids with you, then the inflatable aquatic playground often set up in the bay will keep them entertained for hours, while you enjoy a cold drink and some peace and quiet.
