Sunbathe, rent a paddle boat, or swim around the clear waters at Ksamil Village. This coastal village survives on the tourist industry, so there are plenty of places near the beach that offer you facilities, including hotels, restaurants, and shops selling beach essentials and snacks. Rent a lounge chair and umbrella and spend some time with a refreshment while you check your email on the beach's free WiFi. Break up your beach time by paddle-boating to the nearby islands. If you're a strong swimmer then you may choose to swim to the islands. Using our world travel planner, Saranda attractions like Ksamil Village can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.

  • A very calm place. Not much life when we were there but still ok. Very clear water and a very nice little restaurant. Not a party place wich is good. More like a family place.
  • Fantastic beaches, small coves, not surprisingly called the Maldives of Albania, with restaurants where you eat really well at very affordable prices, the sea, amazing how, if not nicer than our Sardinia, developing everything but the welcome of the Albanians is worth the long journey.

  • It is a small and quite village. It's worth to spend some days here in the summer and enjoy the sea.
