Let your inner adventurer shine at Qargha Lake, where your only obligation is to have fun. Built in 1933, a dam stands 30 m (98 ft) tall here, throwing shade on the surrounding vegetation. The body of water the dam creates provides the perfect spot for recreational activities, so you can go surfing, swimming, or boating during your visit. You can also pack a picnic and kick back on the shore or go golfing at a nearby course. • Qargha Lake has a nice view and there are many restaurants nearby. It is very crowded on Fridays, rest of the week days its normal. Swimming in the lake is usually risky and not recommended.
  • A beautiful Lake is Qargha, 20 minutes from the capital of Kabul. The scenery is gorgeous and definitely worth a visit. It is quieter than the male chaos in downtown Kabul. Here, you can relax in beautiful and traditional dishes in a beautiful setting. However, it is worth noting that the restaurants are definitely more expensive in Kabul and man realizes pretty quickly that it is this very 'touristy'. All in all is to recommend a visit in any case.
